Please upload a photograph and the signature (each not exceeding 50 kb in size), and Date of Birth, Category certificate (if applicable), proof of essential qualification and experience (NMC/MCI/DCI recognized MBBS/BDS/MD/MS/PhD/MDS/DM/MCh/Post Doctorate certificate and experience certificate, as applicable) in PDF format. The size of each scanned PDF should not exceed 1 MB each. The candidate must ensure that the photo and signature should be clearly visible in preview at the time of filling of application form.

After primary registration, an email containing login ID and a password will be sent on registered email address. In case of non-recipient of confirmation e-mail, please check the SPAM folder.

You have to login into the system to complete your application. Your application will be accepted only after receiving the payment. Application having pending payment will be rejected.

Eligible candidates can submit application for more than one posts. Application submitted for any post shall be considered for THAT POST ONLY, unless otherwise specified in the advertisement.

Application fee payment should be done through online mode ONLY.

Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Application once submitted, no further amendments can be made.

Candidates applying for more than one post, application fee to be remitted for each post separately.

4. Category/EWS Certificate (If applicable) should be in PDF format and not more than 1 MB
5. Valid Disability Certificate (If applicable) should be in PDF format and not more than 1 MB
6. Professional Qualifications (All Degree Certificates should be in one PDF and not more than 1 MB)
7. Experience (All experience certificates should be in one PDF and not more than 1 MB)
8. No Objection Certificate from current employer (If applicable) should be in PDF format and not more than 1 MB
9. Medical/Dental Council Registration (If applicable) all registration certificates should be in one PDF and not more than 1 MB
10. Fellowship/Scholarship/Membership/Awards & Honours documents (If applicable) all fellowship/scholarship documents should be in one PDF and not more than 1 MB
11. Any other relevant documents (Should be in one PDF and not more than 1 MB)

AIIMS Patna will not be responsible for Postal delay or any other delay in delivery of the filled-in application form (hardcopy).
