PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTRATION.
1.	All fields marked with * are mandatory.
2.	Please upload photograph not exceeding 50 kb in size, and signature not exceeding 20kb in size.
3.	After completion of registration; you will receive an email having your applicant ID which will serve as login id. It will also have a confirmation link, which you have to open to confirm your registration.
4.	Separate email addresses are needed for registration for each post. One email id should not be used for multiple registrations.
5.	Separate registration and payment is required for each post.
6.	All the further communication will be made through your registered email address.
7.	You have to login into the system to submit your application and payment details. Your application will be accepted only after receiving the payment details.
8.	All Payments should be done either by DD(Demand Draft) or NEFT.
9.	The applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/-(for General & OBC Candidates) and No fee (for SC/ST candidates and women candidates) in form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of AIIMS PATNA payable at Patna or sent through NEFT in the Account no. 579310110002528 (IFSC code: BKID0005793 Account Name: AIIMS Patna). Applicant should mention their particulars (Name, address, department & position applied) on the reverse of DD.
10.	Scanned document(s) should be uploaded after filling the entire online form.
11.	Please do not check the declaration in the online form unless until you have completed your entire form. Once you submit the declaration your form will be finally submitted and you won`t be able to make any further amendments.
